I travelled with my spouse to Salem for a personal work. We stayed for two days. The room was comfortable. But the room that we stayed in looked to be smaller for us. Wish it was a little bigger! There was a sumptuous spread for the complimentary breakfast. The staff at the front desk were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Stayed in superior bedroom which was spacious. Bed was nice and house keeping did a good job cleaning up on a daily basis. Restaurant has a breakfast buffet with rotating dishes. Staff overall was professional. They have eco friendly toiletries like wooden toothbrushes that give a sense of environmentally conscious.

Cleanliness, response from staff to the queries, room service. and a quite environment. The restaurant was. good with a good ambience. The quality of the food was very good. The staff in the restaurant were very courteous.

This is a nice property right in the town but at the same time you have your space given how the place is located. Was pleasantly surprised as knowing GRT was into jewellery but this property was good. Gives an upscale type of place the way it has been done. Rooms were neat, clean and well lit and has all the amenities. The breakfast was awesome with a full spread which was bundled along with room rent. One can go shopping along this street as all the large shops be it clothes or jewellery including some good food options also are there.

Good room. The first one they showed us smelt quite musty. The second room was fine. Big comfortable bed, hot water and good shower. We were tired and had food delivered to the room. Very tasty curries. Staff was helpful. Breakfast mostly very tasty Indian food, but toast and fruit available.

Vibrant room color settings with spacious and sufficient room sizes. Buffet breakfast was enticing. Especially freshly made millet dosa was a great way to start the day. It had an international power socket too. Laundry facilities : quick return within the same day

Easy check-in. Nice room, great bed. Delicious varied breakfast. Rajesh is most helpful and professional hotel staff we have encountered. Recommended.

If anyone looking for THE best hospitality and clean place to stay with the family in Salem then GRT should be it. All 4 people at the reception and the manager are THE best I can ask for. Chef Udhayakumar's herbal soup made be craving for it again and again. His mango pickle is a big hit in USA and in Coimbatore. Please continue the best quality you are providing forever. Thanks again for making our 5 days stay special.

Excellent. This hotel is a bit low-key but the interiors are high on aesthetics, simple and elegant, kudos to the Architect for creating minimal and sustainable decor that is no less in comfort and cleanliness. The staff is exceptional. Your money spent here is worth every penny.
